● Establish risk assessment process and systems implement prior to all high risk activities

● Conduct Safety Inspections for all activities at site

● Identify safety hazards and advising corrective actions

● Implement PTW Procedure

● Promoting employee’s participation in HSE by motivating them.

● Prepare HSE performance & statistics of company.

● Manage Safety violations, HSE award program & HSE Committee.

● Conduct HSE meetings & Safety walkthrough.

● Conducting Accident & Incident Investigations, Root Cause Analysis.
