Worked from Dec 2016 until Oct 2020 as Aircraft Mechanic (B2) in Qatar Airways - Base Light Maintenance, Doha, covering A-checks, Service checks, Service Bulletins, Snag Rectifications and Modifications on B747-8F, B777-200/300/F, B787-8, A319/320/321, A330-200/300, A340-600, A350-900/1000 and A380-800.

Worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Avionics) in Pawan Hans Limited, Delhi (CAR 145 & CAR-M Organization) from Mar 2011 till Nov 2016 covering up to 250 hrs inspections in Line and Base Maintenance on Dhruv (ALH) Helicopter fitted with TM-333-2B2 TURBOMECA engine, covering 600 hrs inspections in Base maintenance on EUROCOPTER AS365 N3 Dauphin fitted with Arriel 2C TURBOMECA engine and EUROCOPTER SA365 N Dauphin fitted with Arriel 1C TURBOMECA engine, and assisted in up to 100 hrs and routine maintenance on MI-17-II, Bell 206 L4, Bell 407, and Ecureuil AS350 B3 Helicopters..

On-Job training in Accessories Overhaul Division of Air India, Mumbai from Jan 2008 till July 2008 covering overhaul, test and repair of mainly Electrical equipments used on A-310, B-747-400,-300.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks of Avionics system and components in accordance with approved procedures.

Ensure strict adherence to all pertinent safety precautions as published in manufacturer’s manuals and other publications.

Ensure that Licensed Engineer and Hangar Supervisor are kept fully advised of any impending service disruptions or problems.

Ensure that all work meets the standards required by DGCA (the regulatory authority), India and QCAA, Qatar.

Ensure availability of all necessary tools, equipments, consumables & special tools required for the execution of the planned / unplanned task.

Liaison with external organizations and MRO for technical issues.

Prepare the aircraft for AME’s inspection.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION

Successfully completed 3 years Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course (ICAO TYPE II) in Avionics Stream from School of Aeronautics, Dwarka, Delhi, approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India from July 2005 to July 2008 with aggregate of 81%.

DGCA Paper - 1 Aircraft Rules and Regulations.

DGCA Paper - 2 General Engineering and Maintenance Practices.

Holding Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Certificate from DGCA (BAMEEC No. - DDG/CEO/BAMEEC-611), endorsed with Basic A.M.E License Categories (Paper – 3) in:

i)Category Instrument System (IS).

ii)Category Electrical System (ES).

Undergone Human Factor Training, Dangerous Goods Awareness Training and Safety Management System Training conducted by National Institute of Aviation Safety and Services (NIASS), during tenure with Pawan Hans Limited, Delhi.
