• Perform NDT (UT, MPI, VT) inspection on casting components of windmill and prepare customer reports.

• Examine and evaluating the flaws according to European standrads.

• Responsible to prepare and maintaining the customer end documents.

• Analyzing the casting defects and findout the root cause of defects and take CAPA action.

• UT flaws detecting and reporting according to ASME section V ( Article 4 & 5 ) and client procedure.

• MPI and PT tested in automobile components, engine valves, conveyer chain links and welded joints.
