Position : Senior Site Engineer.

Responsibilities

-Executing and monitoring construction site progress and managed issues that arose; planning and directing the execution of technical economical and administrative function of various projects.

-Managing 2 teams and 4 Sub-contractors as well as coordinating with MEP team resolving site issue with them; presenting site condition and development details to client and consultants.

-Assessing project, its requirements, impact and feasibility due diligence, preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design.

-Preparing architectural drawing and schematic design based on project requirements; studying and assessing drawing, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.

-Determining budget, projects schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff; directing, leading & supporting other engineering & skilled personnel in managing & executing multiple tasks and projects.

-Collaborating and interacting with construction team, architects and outside project developers and consultants; leading and directing on site construction teams.

-Collect reports from Site supervisors and Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to construction/project manager.

-Managing deliverables on time and within the budget as well as adhering to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
