Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. Provides statistical information for quality improvement by identifying testing methods and sampling. Oversees the quality processes for assigned internal product value streams to determine effectiveness. Reviews customer inquiries and complaints regarding nonconforming product to determine true root cause with applicable corrective and preventative action.

-Developed new capabilities/created new 2-dimensional barcoding system; garnered 47% reduction in part traceability escapes/prevented internal mismarking discrepancies
