Personal Profile

A capable and confident Nurse Practitioner able to assess and investigate health problems or health needs by gathering and assessing historical information. Performs physical examination appropriate to the patient’s history, diagnose health problems based on interpretation of the patient history, physical exam findings, diagnostic test results and develop appropriate treatment plan, referrals to meet the patients’ health needs as well as coordinate care services.
