Generation of 3D models and 2D drawings for Turbocharger and its components which includes Castings, Machining and assemblies.

Coordinating with the Cross functional team for gathering the design inputs, Prototype building and forwarding for validation.

Part of CFT in the Design of value engineered parts as part of Cost reduction activity.

Releasing of BOM.

Stack up calculations for assembly.

Supporting for VAVE activities.

Oil sealing improvement design introduced in MSIL /SMC Projects (Designed a new concept for oil sealing, with help of CFD analysis.)

Counter mass design Introduced for Waste gate parts wear on Suzuki Motor Y9T Super Carry.

Turbocharger Designing & Packaging for MSIL, Renault Nissan & TML projects.

Successfully completed the new BS6 programs on time for TML Pass car & Commercial projects.
