The company hired as full time temporary Medical Assistant to support of the COVID-19 for UPS company They are nine sites was open all over LA county. I was worked in two different side as lead one was in Los Angeles and in Van Nuys locations. All precautions have been taken to ensure the Screeners are working in a minimal risk environment. My duties was scanning all employees and visitors are they enter the facility. Notifying management if any temp reads over 100.4 so they can handle turning employee away, Logging screenings in an ongoing log, we ask each employees to add on their phone the health check tool they will be required to answer health check questions before enter to a facility, and at the end of the shift I was adding the number of each nurse and counting the total of screened. Count all the supplies as how many we have gloves, mask box, wipes, hand sanitizer, thermometers. Wait for next shift lead and nurses to come. If any nurse was coming late or not showing up at work I was in charge as a lead to let the supervisor to know about it.
