Victoria Mancheno
Website Developer US ARMY Founder of The Invincible Project, 501c3 non-profit for STEAM opportunities for at-risk youth Lenox
Summary
I have experience ranging from information technology in website development to military/veteran experience with current SECRET Clearance, to non-profit management, to drug interdiction, and law enforcement.
I have the ability to work well under pressure and have attention to detail. I am ready and willing to screen through the security clearance process for a higher clearance as well. I am also willing to learn and be trained in the IT Field in an more in-depth access. My experience in non-profit management is where I found, The Invincible Project.
In order to de-stigmatize the lack of resources for disadvantaged minority youth within Springfield, MA, The Invincible Project was created. A non-profit which ensures S.T.E.A.M. opportunities and paid internships to youth to gain exposure and experience to change the narrative of statistical data of underserved populations in STEAM industries in which minorities are underrepresented. As the founder of this organization, I believe it is crucial to not only empower the youth to be in these fields, but also myself. Therefore, I am currently enrolled at Lab Four for my Cyber Security Certifications and seeking more after course completion.
I am also a certified, trained, and background checked as a National Notary Association Loan Signing Agent. I am a notary signing professional that provides mobile notary service for real estate closings.

I am apart of a team that designed an online toolkit in the Office of Court Improvement and Office of the State Courts Administrator which educates Public Officials such as Law Enforcement Officials, Judges, and Legal Counsel on how to implement new strategies for keeping Florida's youth in school and out of the courts. We provide assistance in educating public officials understanding youth involved with or labeled as truancy, LGBTQ, juvenile delinquency, former and current foster youth who have been in the system repeatedly and have experienced trauma.
