MAIL/FILE EXPERIENCE:

*Vast Knowledge of all applications/petitions accepted at the Immigration Service Center, performing pre-adjudicative review, ensuring the necessary information and documentation is attached.

*Setting up applications, analyzing authenticity, fastening in files; then forwarding to Adjudications Officers.

*Advising and assisting individuals within the Center on routing, updating, and filing and sorting files and other materials according to Vermont Service Center policies.

*Reporting the status of cases worked and filed through knowledge of the operations, including every automated database.

*Distributing work to CAO's as requested using statistical database.

*Maintaining communications with SCAO's, CAO's, and other officers on a daily basis.

*Pulled pick list for N-400's, forwarding to proper destinations, including District Offices.

*Manifesting and NFTSing various forms.

*Examining applications/petitions, ensuring cases are properly filed and correctly secured into record of preceding order in accordance with DHS and Service Center policies.

*Searching the Nationals database, and producing highly sensitive documents.

*Rap Sheets, G-100 requests.

DATA ENTRY:

*Editing and entering information from various applications/petitions into the Center's diverse database, ensuring correct spelling, punctuation, and substantial information is entered.

*Ensuring correct file receipt numbers are properly placed on files then NFTSing in the Center's computerized database, forwarding to the proper destination.

*Safeguarding fees receipted, keeping them in personal possession at all times.

*Totaling personal cashbox, balancing fees with generated personal reports, and reviewing daily deposits.

*Performing analysis and reviewing cases needing rejection, rejecting according to USCIS guidelines, ensuring correct spelling, grammar and punctuation are used.

*Working daily as a team player, supporting and making recommendations to ensure efficiency.

*Completing a variety of physical, database, and system file checks. And producing highly sensitive documents and securing them to cases to prepare for adjudication.

*Coordinating with other units to resolve non-routine issues.

*Updating systems with current information required for reports and data analysis.

*Supporting various administrative programs and managing requests from internal customers.
