Planning for Annual maintenance shutdown activities for all equipment’s (Critical & Non-Critical) TECHNICAL SKILLS

O&M of Air-cooled Chillers, AHU’s, VFD’s, VAV, Pumps, Single phase & Three phase domestic air- conditioning repair & trouble shooting.

O&M of DG Set, Transformers, VCB, ACB, UPS systems, RTCC panel, ACC panels.

Checking Efficiency of Chillers, AHU & Air Balancing using (Anemometer).

O&M of Elevators, safety checks & rescuing the passenger during lift stuck & not in operation.

All types of EHS measures before & after completion of work & handling of Fire Extinguishers. WORK EXPERIENCE

• Total 2.3 years’ experience in Property / Integrated Facility Management field.

• Currently I’m working as a Jr. Engineer – Team lead in BDC-4 Accenture through Ciel HR services Pvt ltd from OCT-2019 to till now.

• Joined as an MULTI TECHNICIAN in Holiday Inn express hotel through AMPS Facility management from Feb-2018 to Sep-2019
