Job description and responsibilities

Providing engineering support to video-conferencing-equipments – performance check on a daily basis, up-gradation as per the plan, and also providing logistic support for large meetings.

Performing setups, tests, adjustments, operations, and shutdowns of equipments in support of AV/VTC sessions.

Documenting the accurate status of work in progress and communicating with the reporting manager, team members, and clients as per the requirements.

Providing escalation support and triage of various audio-visual and teleconference equipments and also providing user training of the same.

Applying the working knowledge for operating and maintaining DSPs, codecs and cloud videoconferencing wherever it required.

Performing analysis, diagnosis and resolution of end user issues and problems, escalating the issues internally or with support vendors when needed.

Resolving system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation.
