Provided direct assessment, diagnosis and formulation of treatment plan for patients presenting with Substance Use Disorders. Responsibilities include histories and physicals, ordering diagnostic labs, screening and treatment when appropriate for patients with co-occurring physical and mental disorders, and making appropriate referrals. Medication management with approved medications to treat patients with Substance Use Disorders and Opioid Addiction.
