I have learnt about the Room and Pillar method of mining and the sequence of extraction involved in this method and further carefully observed the different mining operations like drilling, blasting, loading, supporting, crushing system,etc.

PROJECTS

Risk analysis of BOW-TIE Method

Under guidance of Associative prof RM Bhattacharya,I Completed my project on Risk Assessment Using Bow-Tie Method. Towards the finish of my project,I have learned Various models of Risk Analysis and the application of Bow-Tie method. By utilizing Bow-Tie-XP Software,I structure the model of Bow-Tie analysis of Mine Explosion in Underground Coal Mine.

ACHIEVEMENTS

● Secured a rank of 7039 (General Category) in JEE Advanced in the year 2016.

● 3rd Position in Paper Presentation held during

Concetto'16 - the annual tech fest of IIT(ISM) Dhanbad.

● Participated in a CV making competition held by SME IIT (ISM) Student Chapter in the year 2017.

● Secured 3rd Position in Essay writing competition on Better Mining Industry held for students of mining engineering on the occasion of Indian Mining Day
