Area : 2 million sqft ( 3 basement + G+ 3+ sky Deck) DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Directing the CONSULTANT /CONTRACTOR in respect of HSE standards and its levels required in connection with the works and together with the Management requirements.

Evaluating and Approving the HSE Plan, Logistic Plan of the CONTRACTOR.

To interview and approve the Consultant/Contractor HSE staff prior to the commencement of the project.

To coordinate with the Contractor and to provide necessary safety statistical information to PD/PM / Client

Developing of HSE Management System and Implement client /HILL- HSE policy programs

Improving the safety culture through setting out the goals and objectives for the project

Promoting a safety conscious attitude in all employees and encouraging a positive team spirit

Keep up-to-date with the changes in current legislation and bring to the attention of company responsible for health & safety any relevant new legislations

Evaluation of Method Statement and its effective Risk Assessment and its approval.

Coordinate with government bodies as may be appropriate.

Coordination meeting with Contractor & sub-contractor managements on weekly basis and also with regulatory authority wherever applicable

To conduct periodical H.S.E Audits based on contractual requirement of the project.

To advice contractor for fulfillment of welfare facilities.

Evaluation of training requirements with the progress of the Projects

Inspection of Projects on daily basis with the Contractor HSE Manager and HSE Engineers and the area in charge and meeting with all contractor’s HSE team at workplace(If necessary)

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance to HSE requirements. .

Monitor deviations from HSE requirements and coordinate with all parties to correct the same.

To conduct periodical interviews of all the personals during investigation of all accidents.

Monitor and control implementation of all procedures related to the maintenance and effectiveness of safety and inspect work activities and equipment to ensure correct operation and that procedures are fully implemented. Ensure that effective records are kept and updated for all equipment used in the project.

Monitor and correct the Implementation of all required safety measures as per BOCW Regulation and BAT( Best Available Technique)
