JOB RESPONSILBILITIES – Procurement Lead

·Prepare schedules in all aspects related to execution of works and monitoring of activities of projects.

·Monitor contracts, project logistics, resolve conflicts and manage risks.

·Planning activities of projects by considering the scope of work.

·Decipher the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) requirements as per respective drawings for installations as well as site conditions forecasted.

·Prepare Inventory for the Warehouse in conjunction to the project estimation.

·Aware of the Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Job Plan procedures & subsequent implementation on site, paying heed to concerned project procedures of Owner/Company.

·Plan job targets, monitor and supervise team members, as well as ensure that project goals and objectives are met accordingly.

·On accomplishing the pertaining scope of work, with regards to site installations & erections, notify and request the Quality Control dept. via raising the inspections (IRF), therein rectifying punch list if at all any.

JOB RESPONSILBILITIES – Electrical Engineer

·Involved & quality checking in construction of civil works, erection of structures, installation of electrical equipment and commissioning of entire substation.

·Maintain reports of contractors for proper execution of key work allotted in the projects on a daily/agreement basis.

·Implementation & execution of the project as per schedules and drawings.

·Educating the manpower regarding the safety precautions at field during execution of works and implementation of safety precautions at field, line clearances, back feeding and earthing of lines...etc.

·To interface and coordinates with Consultants / Clients for QC matters & coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.

·Providing necessary inputs / guidance to respective site staff for more improvement and to achieve project quality standards and with-in the time limits.

·Witnessing the Operation for circuit breakers and check for interchangeability checking all bus bars and bus bar connections for tightness, clearance in air/oil compound (before filling), rating, and color marking of phases. Where bus bar chambers are oil or compound filled, check welding of tank joints leakage.

·Checking current transforms and voltage transformers for records of Vendor`s individual tests, correct phasing and polarity, correct ratio and VA on CT labels and voltage transformers correctly connected, fuses of links are fitted, and phases are correct. Checking protective relays, instruments, contactors, switches, fuses etc.

·Checking wiring, generally for correct grade and size of wire, terminations for tightness, earthing arrangements for continuity in circuit and general standard, checking on concealed runs for possible damage to installation.

·Checking all shutters and interlock operation. Checking all circuit breakers for fit up and fitting ease of operation. Checking complete boards for finish, lines out of units where applicable, range and setting of meters and relays, correct fitting of doors, circuit labels and dimensions to GA Drawing.
