The main object is to study the toughness characteristics of micro fiber based geopolymer concrete voided slab. Voided slabs reduce the self-weight and usage of materials due to insertion of plastic void formers inside the slab. Numerical analysis under impact loading using finite element method was performed for slab specimens using ANSYS software. Results show that geopolymer voided slabs along with steel fibers shows improved impact resistance capacity apart from reduced self-weight.
