Job Description:

Study the tender for construction documents (elevator and escalator related disciplines) in detail and develop clear understanding of scope, specifications and details.

Review the construction drawings for other services and prepare accurate Coordination drawings and details.

Co-ordination with Site Engineers for site problems related Drawings.

Calculating reaction load for machine room, pit reaction forces, cabin decoration weight, power feeder details and incorporating the same in Layout drawing.

Layout Preparation of different types of Elevators & Escalators, Based on sales engineers’ specification, check with layout manuals, Design manuals. Architectural drawings of project and our requirements.

Preparation of TQ drawings for Clients requirements as per Factory reply in coordination with factory reply.

Consulting with Sales Engineering Department on final drawing and freezing the design.

Finalization of drawings based on the factory remarks.

Prepare and maintain drawing and document submission schedules and submit/follow up drawing/document submissions and approvals.

Carry out regular site visits, regularly gather information from site team and prepare As Built drawings and information.
