Fixture developed for changing position of Metallic Barrel from Horizontal to Vertical.

In 5 months’, time PCS to GR lead time reduction achieved, preparing GR’s in 4 hours from 23 hours on an average.

Mahindra Yellow Belt certificate received for completion of project on PCS to GR lead time reduction, Positional change of Oil Filled Metallic Barrel from Horizontal to Vertical.

Spot awards for reduction of PCS to GR lead time & for Reducing of 2 associates by rebalancing activities within, 11associates to 9 associates.
