PROJECT:
Title Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Detection from Sputum Images Description The main aim of the project is to design a Computer-aided diagnostic system to automatically classify the mycobacterium bacillus and to ease the job of laboratory technicians with manual detection. This project is based on image processing techniques using Matlab. Deep learning algorithms are used for detecting and classifying the bacillus from sputum images. CONFERENCES:
● Presented paper in the International Conference on Recent Trends in Advanced Computing (ICRTAC) on title Survey on Various Techniques Used in Mycobacterium Bacillus Detection from Sputum Images for Tuberculosis Diagnosis at Erode Arts and Science College.
● Presented paper in the 5th International Conference on Inventive Computation Technologies (ICICT 2020) organized by RVS Technical Campus on title Automated Detection of Mycobacterium Bacillus from Sputum Images using CNN at Coimbatore.
