Project:

Bank Query Chatbot Assistant

Used IBM Watson assistant API to handle and collect required data from customers, Triggering the Ui Path RPA bot to trigger and collect data required by the customer, passing this data from the UI Path bot to Chatbot assistance which further supplying this information back to client asking for it. I have used .net C# WPF to create the front end of Chatbot and C# to implement Ui Path RPA bot, IBM Watson Assistance to draw conversational flow.

Enhancing this application by providing Telephonic functionality (By which client can communicate with the Chatbot through telephonic conversation as well using Twilio (Telephonic conversation API), Text to Speech, Speech to Text, etc.
