-Interact with the bank for verifications and customers to validate information and to confirm or cancel authorization and invalid transactions.

-Processed manually for third party authorization by hotel merchants request. By checking the requirements if it is complete and making sure that the signature are matched.
-Acknowledged merchants email for cancellation and provide certificate of cancellation if needed.
-Facilitate cancellation request from the acquiring bank.
-Sending third party approval request and cancellation request to acquiring bank thru email or fax.
