•Worked as an Assistant Manager at Rama Newsprint and Papers Ltd. Surat from 15 Dec. 2012 to 20/08/2019[All plant both machine, both dinking and both boiler having DCS and PLC]

•Worked as an Engineer at Rama Newsprint and Papers Ltd. Surat from 2 Feb. 2007 to 15/12/2012.

•Orient Paper Mill, Amlai as a Assistant Engg. from 08/07/2005 to 23/01/2007.

•Orient Paper Mill, Amlai(MP) is 220TPD writing paper machine, 40TPD Tissue machine, 4nos of boiler including CFBC and Recovery Boiler, 20mw@Bmw turbine and 250TPD pulp mill.

•Exposure of P&I diagrams/Panel Drawing, various type of control schemes, interlocks between the process and functional logic loops.

•Troubleshooting on electronics cards in emergency failure for DCS (ABB800xA) system with why why Analysis.

•Maintenance of control values (GLOBE, BUTTERFLY and BALL VALUE etc.) of make NELES DEMBLA, FISHER DEZURIEK, VALFLO etc and its auxiliaries.

•Experience in WOODWARD 505E make governing system with controlled extraction and condensation type of 23MW BHEL TURBINE.

•Maintenance of BENTLY NEVEDA 3500 VIBRATION MONITORING SYSTEM in annual shut down and in breakdown.

•Presently In charge of General Maintenance for Instrumentation including the implementation of Preventive, planned and breakdown Maintenance Activities.

•Monitoring of onsite servicing of transmitters with DRUCK, HART calibrator.

•Monitoring of onsite servicing and testing calibration of transmitter, control values, switches.

•Drawing Monitoring and execution of P&ID Diagrams, logic development, up gradation in logic for both electronic and pneumatic instrumentation.

•Done successful planning, co-ordination, execution and monitoring of plant Annual shutdown of boiler and turbine and completed the job as per schedule like calibration of transmitter, dampers, control valves, various switches, commissioning of new bed thermocouples of boiler.

•Maintenance experience in process measurement/control instrumentation, working knowledge on DCS (ABB AC450) used for NFDP plant.

•Maintenance experience in process measurement/control instrumentation, working knowledge on DCS (ABB MP 280) used for OFDP plant.

General Responsibilities

•Preparing daily and monthly reports and reporting to Manager Inst. (Monthly Dept. performance report: Monthly budget report: MOM’s :IOM’s :Major breakdown analysis report :shutdown report and etc.

•Man management by allotment of work to the workmen and contractual daily labors, shift scheduling and supervision of work progress.

•Materials management by updating the safety level of the daily consumable spares, maintaining major breakdown materials/ spares in the dept. stores, raising indents for new materials from stores department .. Generation of new material code and etc.
