Equipment Engineering – Assembly to Test Support
Duties and Responsibilities:
Power Module line support and machine sustaining/machine troubleshooting to avoid machine downtime.
Ensure equipment is in good condition and able to produce good quality output.
Updates all records/documents including technical report, preventive maintenance records, calibration records, machine checklist monitoring, and etc.
Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance based on machine’s PM records.
Conducts machine evaluation to improve process and initiates projects for machine improvement.
Responsible for start-up/shutdown Module line’s equipment.
Monitor machine spare parts and perform assessments and inventories.
Coordinate with supplier and generate purchase requisitions of needed parts to ensure that all spare parts are always available
Update daily production yield summary report and generate low yield report and analysis report in order to ship lots in case of high rejection rate.
Responsible in maintaining 5’S and area housekeeping.
Perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
