Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the customer requirements from sales manager and propose specific system with right layout arrangement.

• Prepare cost effective and technically feasible proposal to serve the customer requirement and to ensure region specification and FLS guidelines are followed.

• Prepare equipment list in oracle tool for estimation and flow sheets in AutoCAD.

• Check layout and general arrangement drawings in AutoCAD/Solid works.

• Design of auxiliary equipment by considering necessary parameters and material properties.

• Ensure Tender requirements, Proposal pre-conditions, MOM, are captured in Proposal. Achievements:

• Generated a database for cost comparison between screw conveyor and chain conveyor from various vendors for easy reference during bid preparation.

• Recognized for presenting my learning on various types of crushers used in cement plant and its working principle to the team members.

• Succeeded in presenting my learning about preheater to the entry level engineers and designers in the department.
