1.Designing a Gasifier using agriculture residue: Agricultural waste is converted by a series of thermochemical reaction, to a mixture of combustible gaseous fuel. This reduces the usage for fossil fuels and serves as an alternate source of energy.

1.Tannery waste lime treatment using Carbon dioxide : To design an equipment to increase the efficiency for purging carbon dioxide through lime slurry to form calcium carbonate.

WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Worked as Engineer in Technology Transfer department at R&D Neuland Laboratory ltd, Hyderabad from October 16th2018 to February 23rd 2020.

2.Working as Executive in Process Engineering Department at R&D Granules India Ltd from February 24th to present.

CURRENT JOB ROLE

1.Major Role in Technology Transfer,Scale up Assesment and Lab optimization.

Detailed Study of Process during the execution and demonstration of batch at R&D.

2.Capacity enhancement for Existing Products.

Prepare the process flow as per Technology Transfer Document.

3.Process Evaluation with respect to Scalability, Saftey, Batch cycle time, What if studies for every stage.

Equipment selection, fitment and capacity calculation in existing plant as per the process requirement.

Preparation of Batch Manufacturing Record and Process related documents.

Preparation of PFD’s/P&ID’s, HAZOP study,Process Equipment feasibility study.

Monitor Optimization as well as Validation batches in lab as well as plant.

Preparation of Scale up report for validation batches.

Product Transfer to third party location.
