Working as a Production Engineer in chassis fabrication unit for premium segment bikes (BMW G310R, BMW GS 310, and TVS APACHE RR 310).

Responsible for achieving dimensional accuracy through fixture calibration using FARO to ensure product quality and Proving of new fixtures in manufacturing lines.

Responsible for Robot welding programming and teaching to reduce non- arcing timing thus increasing productivity (Comau robots).

Responsible for weld penetration proving (Fronius welding machine with CMT Technology).

Responsible for conducting mock drills to audit the points critical towards customer quality and satisfaction.

Development of child parts of chassis at supplier end based on design requirements.

Participated in a presentation themed on a case study to increase warranty period for TPM special award, awarded by JIPM, Japan.

Suggested and implemented several prevention type Poka-Yoke for child parts to avoid parts mismatch for various models.

Identified bottleneck stations and balanced the cycle time of the stations there by increasing the productivity by 13%.

Suggested and implemented various design change in child parts based on manufacturing requirements after discussion with R&D.

Worked on reduction in cost hike during the upgradation of motorcycle to higher emission standards (BS-IV to BS-VI) by implementing various design changes and reducing losses in manufacturing processes.

Reduced the AQI and FQI score of chassis well below the target score by implementing various quality related projects.

Facilitated Root Cause Failure Analysis Investigations in regard to safety and equipment failure and coordinated the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECN’s) in manufacturing.

Worked as Quality and Process control Engineer in export packing unit

(Complete Knock Down) of BMW 310 series vehicles.

Reduced the parts missing complaints received in export packing drastically by implementing digital packing control.
