Internship: Ion Technologies, Vijayawada.

1. This is a full semester intern in the eighth semester. The Intern is about design, fabrication and manufacturing a Quadcopter.

2. We had used IronCAD 3D modeling software. I designed the Frame for the Quadcopter. 3. For the analysis part we used ANSYS software for static, structural and thermal analysis in order to make drone sustain at given load.

4. Coming to the fabrication and the materials selection we have chosen Nylon as the material for the Quadcopter and Polycarbonate for Propellers. 5. Involved in manufacturing a drone that can carry a weight up to 1.76 Kg. for around 30 minutes.

Internship: MTE Industries, Hyderabad.

1. Got exposure on Thread rolling machines, Rack rolling machines, Spline rolling machines and Broaching machines.

2. Assembled various parts of the machine such as Worm Wheels, Worm Shafts, Guide Bushes and Roll shafts.

3. Observed the quality checking process of different parts manufactured in the industry. 4. Worked on basic instruments such as Verniercaliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Depth Gauge and Bevel Protractor.

5. Observed CNC machines and Lathe machines used in production unit and learned how CNC machines tools work with the help of G code and M code. 6. Got exposure on the Kaizen principles which are adopted by MTE Industries. PROJECTS:

1. Printing a Digital photo frame in 3D printer using ABS 1. With the help of Cura slicing software I have printed a Digital Frame with ABS as a feeding material.

2. Learnt about selection of materials for 3d printer. 3. Learnt how to maintain the print bed temperature for different materials or thermoplastics. 2. Design and fabrication of miniature 3-axis CNC milling machine 1. Project is integrated with Stepper motor, spindle motor, lead screw, ball bearings, flexible coupling, and control system by Arduino.

2. Learnt the principle of CNC machine. We gained better understanding in the modes of operation of CNC machine.

3. Preparation of Biodiesel

1. This project is regarding the preparation of biodiesel with vegetable oils. 2. This project outcome is not only a biodiesel but also a plasticizer. 3. Learnt about advantages and disadvantages of biodiesel. 4. Learnt about treatment of raw materials and stages of biodiesel process TERM PAPER: Present state and future prospects of powder metallurgy. 1. The main objective of preparing this paper is to study the development and application of powder metallurgy, material properties, processing and finishing operations. 2. I came to know about the features of powder metallurgy in alloys, Metals and composites. 3. Learnt about preparation of Metal Powders and its processing, and Powder Metallurgy material properties.

4. Learnt about methods in powder metallurgy such as Press Sinter Method, Powder injection Moulding, Metal Foaming, ISOPREC Process and Flame spraying. PERSONALITY TRAITS: Adaptable and good Interpersonal Skills. ACHIEVEMENTS:

1. Gave a paper presentation in JNTU Kakinada on Powder metallurgy. 2. Stood 1st place in Essay Writing in School.

3. Worked as a literary and cultural in-charge in School. 4. Stood as Performer of the day in ECCC activity based on Pictorial Representation. INTERESTS: Reading novels especially of Khaled Hosseini. PERSONAL PROFILE:
