oStage wise Inspection before, during and after fabrication for Welding.

oQualifying Welders as per ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1

oMonitoring welding consumables control and it’s storage at fabrication shop on daily basis.

oReviewing of all NDT reports according to standard, project specification and procedure.

oMonitoring welding/visual inspection of materials like low Carbon steels.

oPreparation of Daily Welding Reports & Welding History Book.

oCo-ordinate with NDE test as per QCP & RT Film interpretation.

oMonitored/Witnessed all the Welding, Fabrication related activities as per the client approved ITPs, QCPs

oWitnessing the UT,MT,PT carried out by approved NDT Agencies according code requirements

oPreparing and review to WPS, PQR and Welder qualification.

oReviewing work procedures for quality content.

oFollowing the post weld heat treatment for different materials and preparing the required cycle for each one.

oVisual Inspection of Welding /Fit-up.

oDimension and final inspection of the fabricated items.

oRaising NCRs wherever necessary & ensures that these are actioned

oReviewing, registering & monitoring trends for all NCR’s

oRegistering customer complaints, significant problems raised on site and report findings to the Manager Quality compiling quality records and identifying dates in the quality control plan for as- built purposes.

oParticipate and follow company HSE requirement as far as applicable to work activities.

oManaging incoming, in process and final inspection.

oImplementing statistical quality control methods.

oInitiating action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and recommending solutions through designated channels.
