Global Operation and Equipment Director

Manage a team of personnel resources, inventory, quality and schedules at customer sites to insure proper coverage is provided for all customer locations. Obtain optimum efficiency and performance of production, while maximizing profits and customer satisfaction. Install and maintain new CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) tools globally. Assist engineers in developing processes for thin coating, various devices and components. Conducting tests and experiments to verify results. Provide documentation of all tool activities to project management team. Write and revise tool documentation to include operational, maintenance and BKM’s. Provide both temporary and permanent solutions to issues found during tool installs and regular operations. Be able share in ideas and solutions as a group to provide the best methods and solutions to correct issues. Be able to understand the process and make adjustments to ensure good, quality films are produced. Warehouses range in size and number of employees with the largest at 480,000 square feet and eighteen employees. Directly responsible for overseeing the operations of receiving and distribution of parts needed for the mining industry. Successfully implemented 5S standards, involved in six sigma projects, continued improvements in traffic patterns, warehouse flow, and production while keeping a safe work environment. Reviewing each team member quarterly on inventory, production, 5’s standards, quality of received goods, shipping accuracy, and service to the end users.

11/09 to 02/11: Genco Supply Chain Solutions

Operation Manager

Oversee warehouse operation and maintain quality production of 800,000 square

foot warehouse with average monthly thru-put of 1.5 million cases. Responsible for

shipping and receiving with weekly average of 400 trailers. Prepare and reconcile

production and inventory reports. Assist management team with special projects and

operation revisions as needed. Supervise and train team to achieve operational goals

while fostering a safe work environment.

09/04 to 11/09: L.K.L. Associates, Inc.
