RECENT EXPERIENCE:

Note that Commencing sometime in early to mid-2015, I have been involved with various political campaigns of political aspirants within Local (Whitpain Township), Montgomery County, and Pennsylvania State elections. My duties in this regard were various. I do intend to keep the political party affiliation of these various, elected office seekers anonymous, however the offices being sought were Township Auditor, Local Tax Collector, Township Supervisor, District Magistrate, County District Attorney, County Sheriff, County Commissioner, State Representative, and State Governor. I have (in past years (CY13 and elections) performed these functions on a voluntary, pro bono basis in support of various friends and acquaintances who were running for a public office (U.S. Congress, State Representative, etc.), however I now get sought out for my help and the compensation is primarily on a “1099” basis. Responsible for overseeing content and presentation of Quality Assurance and Producibility Sections of Technical Volume for MRAP II Proposal. Approach involved advanced crew compartment composed of unique, classified composite armor configuration and an advanced, production-ready combat vehicle chassis. Coordinated compilation, depth of coverage, and structure of QA/QC approach for directed activities of the three independent members of proposing consortium. Wrote Producibility overview dissertations from the three perspectives.

OSHKOSH TRUCK CORP – Medium Mine Protected Vehicle (MMPV) (USMC)

Created format and content of Proposal Volume addressing the production methodologies to be employed in the mass production of the MMPV armored vehicle. Approach was centered on the utilization of one Oshkosh Truck Division (Kewaunee Fabrications) to fabricate vehicle hull/cab (material was high-hardened steel and to be worked by specialty trained/skilled welding personnel), and then vehicle build-up, test, and delivery to be performed by main Oshkosh Truck manufacturing division. Production of final form vehicle to be output of new automated vehicle production line (22 vehicles per day output/one shift).

Developed RPSTL documentation for Mine Resistant Armor Protected heavy combat vehicle.
