JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
My responsibility is providing engineering support to Environment health and safety in site.
Coordinate and work closely with be site operation and understand site Requirement and set the Object, Goals and Targets Pertaining to EHS and health drive EHS culture with employee involvement.
Prepare the project EHS Plan and legal requirements as per requirement of BOCW Act in state government.
Explain to all employees about the environment, health & safety (EHS) Policy prepared by the Corporate Management poses commitment to provide a safe, healthy workplace for all the employees.
Every month organizing EHS Training Programs for the labors & Employee for enabling them trained to hazard free for work place
Every employee, Sub-contractor workers go through the EHS induction training before they were allotted to their job. There will be explain about site rules, requirements, emergency procedures and incident reporting, etc.
Find the Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment walk through site level inspection and take action.
Preparing and Monitoring the Safe work method for the every work site
Before starting the any work activities EHS Risk Assessments are done and explain the employees and workmen.
As based training calendar every month organizing EHS Training Programs for the workmen & Employee for enabling them trained to hazard free for work place.
Regularly conduct the site Walk down Inspection and check the every activity with check list.
Every quarter yearly conduct the Safety Audit with committee members in entire site locations and find the NCR, Observations.
Impose to Work Permit System in various critical activities and maintain the documentation.
Conducting every Month EHS Committee Meeting in the project and taking suggestion to improve EHS Effectiveness and correcting identified observations of site
End of the every month preparing the next Month Activity Plan and Monthly EHS Statics and it is reported to our senior management.
Arrange the Personal protective equipment for all the labor and employees.
Develop or support to develop safety risk assessment to conduct workers training and same, develop safety communication systems Safety news later, Posters assist in communication campaign.
Develop Strong technical competency in focus, and areas to be able assist and site team Interact with operation team to assist support and trouble shoot EHS program.
Work as contribution team member in sharing responsibility along with EHS team and drive the EHS goal of the site.
And follow Organization Integrated manual system it’s based on OSHAS 18001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.

Achieved Two million safe man hours for the project with client appreciation certificate.
