JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of process/construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works.

To follow all quality control procedure, inspection and ensures activity at the site are as per the approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and quality department for inspection.

Development and implementation of quality documents of the entire projects including test certificates, calibration certificates, test results, inspection of material incoming report, inspection checklist / report and other quality documents.

Review of WPS and PQR as per project specification.

Checking joint fit-up and monitoring and controlling welding consumables.

Ensure welding consumables in accordance with the relevant WPS.

Qualification and performance monitoring of welding personal.

Familiar with welding inspection that is before and after welding activities at site

Study and execution of Isometrics, P&ID.

Monitoring of various welding process like GTAW, SMAW

Preparing fit-up, weld visual report and LHS for piping relevant activities.

Witnessing of NDT tests.

Reviewing the spool releasing check sheet and sending to site after approving.

Reviewing final packages for pneumatic tests and hydro tests, approving and releasing for hydro test and pneumatic test.

Preparing the punch list items as per P&ID and Isometric such as,Pipe supports, Valves, Guides, Shoe supports and NDT completion and approving / releasing packages for Hydro test and Pneumatic tests.
