Trainee Engineer, QuEST global Engineering services pvt., ltd.

I have supported the Design Team for “IPT Telemetry standard shaft”, on Trent XWB – 84EP.

Where I have supported the team on Concept down selection, i.e., arrangement of slots, for effective optimization of Stress Concentrating factor (Kt).

Calculation of clearance areas, for optimized flow of secondary air. Where my knowledge on Stack up Analysis is quite useful for effective area calculations.

I have supported the designer in making presentations, which were intended to be presented to the specialist.

I have supported the team in modelling, which was quite helpful for us to understand the Stress Concentration factor at critical areas.

Worked on modelling task, where we converted 2D drawings into 3D models, which includes Compressor discs (dove tail), Turbine discs (fir tree), Shafts, Stub shafts for Stress assessment of Test Rigs.

Graduation from Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, with specialization in Mechanical Engineering.

COMMUNICATION

When coming to job role, which I have done previously. I’m having an edge over others, because of my exposure to both Design and CDG activities.

LEADERSHIP

During our graduation, I along with two of my friends started an arts club. Which takes care of all the cultural events happening in our campus, like Clay – modelling, Technical events, dramas and also event management. Now the club is having more than 200 active participants.

Completed online certification course “INTRODUCTION TO MECHANICAL MICRO – MACHINING".
