Ø Product Development
• Took Kodak's Pandora Step-And-Repeat software from a beta product with less than 40 users and limited functionality to a full production release with thousands of bug fixes and new robust functionality to support the graphics industry, resulting in over 1,000 copies in use while adding 2+ Million to Kodak’s annual revenues.
• Kodak’s Pandora software had an issue reading certain types of template files, I worked with one of our software developers to create CAD Correct, with no official budget and only one developer in Israel and myself we completed all the coding and bug testing for the CAD Correct beta launch in 3 months and in under 12 months CAD Correct was added to the Kodak price book and is sold today with virtually every copy of Pandora.
• In 2005 Kodak needed to create the online help module for Prinergy Powerpack. I worked with the documentation team to ensure proper terminology was used in the help screens; we completed the online help module in less than 4 months resulting in a user friendly and informative module used by Kodak packaging customers around the world. • Assigned to manage a team of 20+ employees with a revenue contribution greater than $6 million a year. In 2016 I started as a contract employee focusing on setting up a QC program at Schawk Atlanta and in 2019 I took over the role as production manager and in 2020 was named the operational site lead for SGK/Schawk Atlanta.
• I started my own company in 2011 as a management consultant and a workflow strategist for the packaging industry, in 2016 I left the consulting side of the business but continue to manufacture and sell quality control equipment in the printing business.
• In 1993 London Graphics had a small photopolymer department producing 5,000 Sq. In. per month of plates, I took on the role of building up the department’s production capacity, and I hired additional team members to facilitate the ramp-up of plate production. The result was a department that by 1998 was producing 1.8 million Sq. In. per month of flexographic printing plates and was the largest volume user of DuPont Cyrel Material in Canada. Employment:
