RESPONSIBILITES:
Safe Execution of the given task.
Coordination with the client personnel for resolving the site constraints and fulfilling the requirements.
Planning of manpower, equipment and tools & tackles.
Preparing materials for Hydro Test Package (PSV, Pressure Gauge, Blind, and Fittings etc.)
Ensuring safe rigging during preparation of hydro test.
Coordination with QA/ QC Department and execute the construction activities with 100% quality.
Erection of pipe supports, Pipe and Spool.
Ensuring compliance and completion of all necessary documentation in accordance with the Project specifications and drawings, Quality control procedures, health and safety policy and the statutory regulations.

To ensure the integrity of the paint coating systems by reviewing Datasheets, application and evaluation of the coating systems.
Preparation of documents like job procedures, painting specifications and procedures etc, for compliance of the concerned codes and standards, additional requirements as per specification sequence of activities, coating scheme and job hazard analysis.
Knowledge of the standard practices, materials, methods, and equipment of the painting trade necessary to execute a top-level painting project.
Knowledge of the qualities and adaptabilities of various surfacing materials, of the methods or preparing surfaces for finishing, of the proper methods of mixing paints to obtain desired coolers and qualities, and of the weather and wear resistance qualities of paints and other finishing materials.
Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.
Receiving all the pipes, spools, pipe supports as per the available documents.
Coordinate blasting & painting works and ensure compliance with Company’s specification.
Pipeline coating activities including surface preparation, and application with all Tests which covered these activities, and field joint application for pipelines during laying works.
Coordination for Paint Material Inspection, Review of Test certificates against Datasheets in association with QC.
