JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation and Maintenance of 6TPH Boiler and 111 KW Turbine of Husk and Paddy Bale Fired.

Monitoring Boiler and Turbine Operation & Troubleshooting during operation for smooth functioning.

Daily Maintain the Boiler and Turbine Log Book, Equipment Log Book, Defect Log Book, Import and Export of Raw Material.

Keeping a check on various equipment for their reliable operation & finding out the faults causing malfunctioning & sort out quickly.

Responsible for proper handling & utilization of fuel.

Co-ordinate and follow up with maintenance department on status of day-to day routine maintenance, executing preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Involved in planning of Half-Yearly or Quarterly shutdown maintenance.

Motivate the team for proper functioning and smooth operation.

Job Summary:

Boiler Fabrication and Erection of Pressure and Non-Pressure Parts, Fuel Handling System, Bag Filter, Boiler and Turbine Commissioning, Hydraulic Test and Alkaline Test

Project Responsibilities:

Involvement in supervision of Erection of Static and Rotating equipment such as feed pumps, fans, blowers etc.

Involvement in supervision of multiple activities such as Hydro Test, Radiography, Slow firing, Alkali Boil out and Commissioning of Boiler and Turbine.

Plan the erection sequence & make a list of all the parts which are either erected successfully or pending for erection on their scheduled dates.

Make Arrangements and Distribution of the raw materials for making of Boiler and other accessories.

Allocation of various tasks to be done for the erection of Boiler, Bag Filter & AHS (ASH HANDLING SYSTEM).

Perform all activities following the Safety Working Procedure (SWP) and Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) Rules for the erection of Boiler.

Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) as per the drawings on Boiler Pressure and Non-Pressure Parts.

Mobilization of various contractors for activities involved in Fabrication and Erection of Boiler.
