Supervised all major departments including a staff of over 150 people in a facility that serves up to 2,000 guests every day.

Managed the Audit department, a diverse role with many responsibilities including payroll, cash deposits, chargebacks, scheduling, interviews, onboarding, training, supervising, records management and ordering supplies. Connected 100 associates in the store with the home office benefits department, allowing them to utilize their paid-time off or sick leave along with open enrollment, 401k, and other benefits offered by the company.

As the new audit manager, took the initiative to counsel associates from all departments with problems both personal and work related, provided conflict resolution, and allowed access to a private office to cool-off when necessary to keep a positive solution oriented environment.

Supervised over customer service department, assisting associates in the helping of customers while auditing cash bags, keeping track of sales, and getting directly involved in transactions when necessary.

Communicated between the store and the home office, submitting daily reports keeping track of sales, labor costs, inventory, etc.

Used excellent organization skills to complete paperwork related to new hires, benefits, sales, payroll and confidential pay information and kept detailed records that could be easily obtained based on future need.
