Handling SEZ/Customs compliances & bonded warehouse activities.
Customs process for the smooth functioning of SEZ / Customs activity.

Co-ordinating with steamer Agent regarding arrival of Vessel & Flight details.
Taking Freights from Shipping Lines / Airlines.
Sending mails to clients and other related Queries.
Consultant with clients for their daily requirements.
Preparation of Miscellaneous Statement to Customs & Clients as well.
Maintenance of Monthly and Daily Statements and follow ups.
Reporting to General Manager and HOD.
CUSTOMS ANALYST :
Preparation, Submission and obtaining SEZ approvals on Imports, Exports, Re-Exports, ARE-1, Shifting of Goods, Inbond Sales, CG Enhancement, Expansion/Additional premises.
Maintenance of CG balances.
Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly and Annual report statements of all the activities handled for the information to the immediate Boss and the Management.

Submission of exchange control copies of bills of entry to finance department for foreign remittance
100% EOU Bonded Warehouse Activities Receive goods, organize bonding of the goods with the appropriate authority and completion of the bonding formalities including entry in the bonded warehouse register and obtaining re-warehousing certificate.
