About my role in OJUS POWER WAY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING

Preparation of Quality related documents as per client’s requirement and liaison

With the client for the approval.

Internal audits to verify that relevant procedures are adequate and effective.

Conducts material receiving inspection for Electrical and Mechanical materials.

Erection of Generators, Bus Bars, Switch gear, Motor Control Center, Cable

Termination, lighting panels, AHUs, PFU,ACCU, HVAC Control Panel (BMS) andTesting of above mentioned equipment as per project specifications.

Inspection for Cable Continuity and IR Testing for cables.

Inspection for Cable laying and Duct bank/trench arrangement of the cables.

Electrical Installation such as 415V MCC Panels, Small Power, Lighting, Fire

Alarm, Security System, Public Address and Voice Alarm, Communication System.

Installation of Power Receptacles, Data Outlets, Concealed/Exposed Conduits and

Pulling of Low Voltage/Control/Instrument Cables.

Installation and Testing of lighting panels and illumination Test.

Inspection of All Kind of SAT tests like Bus-Bar alignment,

Bus Bar Ductor and torque, insulation, HI-POT, CT, VT ratio, test.

Executing and Inspecting Testing of Fire & Gas instruments and all Instrument

cables.

Inspection of Earthing, lightning system rods and overall loop Grounding

resistance.

Provide System and Sub-system status of remaining Construction and

Commissioning work, Outstanding documentation, Statistics and action items.

Inspection of Electrical Commissioning activities including – MCC, Small Power

and Lighting, Fire Alarm, Security Systems, Control Systems, Earthing and

Lightning Protection.

Detailed Study of Specification, Drawings & Applicable standards.

Participate in meetings with Contractors.

Involved in Preparation of Documents.

Supervise final inspections and issues respective records and reports.

Monitoring construction work for ensuring proper quality parameters.

Providing support to the teams for updating the progress as per the priority.

Ensuring that MEP work is executed on site in accordance with the contract

drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.

Control and ensure that Calibration Certificates for Equipments available for

inspection.
