JOB PROFILE IN Constantia Parikh Packaging Pvt. Ltd.:

As a LAB OFFICER QUALITY CONTROL

Inspection, Testing and Release of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In Process and Finished Material of Products.

Inspection and approval for finished goods packing.

Preparation and Standardization of standard test solutions.

Calibration of Lab Instruments, Equipments.

Monitoring of manufacturing process to deliver desired product quality.

To work on troubleshooting of manufacturing process, product, customer complaint, internal defects through problem solving approach.

To perform trace level of analysis on, WVTR, Spectrophotometer.

To lead shift activities of manufacturing when required

Documentation of quality related activities

Designing & developing of primary packaging material like PE Film Recipe, PET/Foil laminated, pouches

JOB PROFILE IN JAYSHRI PROPACK PVT. LTD.:

As a shift in charge Quality Control R&D as well as Technical services

Monitoring on the values of the needful parameters of NYLON base blown film, PE base blown film & EVOH base blown film, like Thickness, G.S.M, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Sealing Strength, Co-efficient of friction, Opacity, Barrier Thickness, Dart Impact, Treatment Dynes etc.

Assure the semi finished material as per customer specification sheet.

To analyze and prepare analysis report for the samples which comes from marketing department.

Check online quality during extrusion process, if any defect found inform to extrusion shift in charge & Q.C. Manager.

Check dimension, design & text matter in cylinder proof as per digital proof approved by the customer

Check online quality during printing process, if any defect found inform to printer & Q.C. Manager.

Check & approve the shade of printing material during printing process as per customer requirement.

Assure the Quality during Slitting, Doctoring and Pouching department

Designing & developing Recipe of various type of Blown film like Lamination, Shrink, UHT Milk, Milk, Nylon, EVOH, PP, and Thermoforming Film etc.

To analyze organic and inorganic compounds of ink to determine physical properties like scratch resistance, rub resistance, adhesion. Chemical properties like percentage of solid content, viscosity and Optical property like shade and monitoring the same

Checking the LAB & Delta values of printed shades by using photo spectrometer.

Checking of physical properties of incoming material like wooden pallets, paper core, corrugated boxes etc.

To prepare test solutions for laboratory personnel to conduct test.

Maintain Calibration Certificates as per ISO and BRC norms of all the equipments.

Maintain and prepare the documents for ISO & BRC audit

To take care of customer complaints and by visiting at site for rectification
