Worked UCAAS projects for Common Spirit Health in Des Moines and Omaha regions. Was part of team to discover, design and implement the Cisco platform in both regions. Funding for the project was moved due to COVID all projects are on hold.

Senior Specialist HCL, Project resource and steady state for 2 hospitals and 44 sites in Iowa. Daily MAC, programming on Ayava CM, Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity. Attend meetings and conference calls for projects, and troubleshooting. Interface with Telecomm vendors on behalf of Mercy Hospital. Currently working on Avaya to Cisco conversion for Mercy Medical Center. Steady state work for 44 sites. On the job training on Cisco CUCM 11.5, Cisco Unity11.5, Cisco Finesse. Contract technician for South West Datacom, work on MAC work, break fix as tickets come in, at Wells Fargo sites in Des Moines.
