Coach and develop mechanics on maintenance issues and all standards set by company and FAA.

Perform routine, non-routine, preventative and heavy maintenance checks on Embraer regional jets. Maintain compliance with company and aircraft manufacturer standards to perform all maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and repair Rolls Royce engine systems.
