Review and organize proper paperwork as per company and FAA standards. Communicate with proper departments to ensure all necessary parts are available for floor mechanics to complete tasks. Coach and develop mechanics on maintenance issues and all standards set by company and FAA.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician March 2000 to September 2016

Perform routine, non-routine, preventative and heavy maintenance checks on Embraer regional jets. Maintain compliance with company and aircraft manufacturer standards to perform all maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and repair Rolls Royce engine systems. Working knowledge of all basic aircraft systems including but not limited to hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls, avionics, engine and electrical systems.
