Inspection Center for Modular Production System:

• Designed a modular production system which is controlled by PLC’S.

• The modular production system is designed to facilitates smooth movement of the workpiece and detect both the presence and the material of the workpiece.

• With the help of photoelectric sensor and inductive proximity sensor first we detect the object presence on the system and later detecting the material of the workpiece. Design & Fabrication for Critical Radius of Insulation of Apparatus:

• Designed and fabricated an experimental setup suitable for steady state condition, to give accurate critical radius values and setup the apparatus at different radius of insulation which should produce different heat transfer rates.

• Here, by adding optimal insulation thickness we minimized the overall heat loss.

• Receive good critical point, Noiseless and easy working operation. Heat Rate Improvement of Thermal Power Plant:

• The heat rate of a power plant is the amount of the chemical energy that must be supplied to produce one unit of electrical energy.

• In our project work, we mainly emphasized on different aspects to improve the heat rate of the thermal power plant by concentrating on coal quality and In-adequate Maintenance.

• Coal should be finely milled to fine powder, which increases the surface area and allows it to burn more quickly.

• By stopping Leakages from steam turbines, boilers, pipelines and pumps it is found that the heat rate can be improved in Thermal power plant.
