Created knowledge documents to help patrons use the application more seamlessly ; worked on logged faults resolving them either through use of knowledge documents or personal contact using the above mentioned tools .
Helped in the resolving of tier 3 faults by alerting of international fault resolution team of critical errors by diagnosis and then testing the resolution for implementation into the live environment.
To do all activities involved with the processing of genealogical data in one place (application ) ie entering of data researching genealogical information, recording of information in the same place, assisting others to do their family history and research in the most effective and fulfilling way possible .
