1. Title : Front shield analysis.
Software Used : Ansa, abaqus.
Domain : Automotive.
Description : Analysis is performed using abaqus solver. Cut-section of BIW as taken and constrained as per the procedure and Load is applied as enforced displacement on Quasi- rigid ball in order to find the displacement and von-misses stress on the front beam and front shield. The weak regions are reported and the suggestions are given to increase the stiffness. 2. Title : Grab handle analysis.
Software Used : Ansa, abaqus.
Domain : Automotive
Description : Grab handle analysis is performed using abaqus solver. Cut-section of BIW as taken and constrained as per the procedure to evaluate Load capacity of grab handle load is applied on different angle and to find the displacement and plastic strain. 3. Title : Floor pan strength analysis

Description : Floor pan strength analysis is performed using abaqus solver. Cut- section of BIW as taken and constrained, Load applied as per the procedure to find the maximum displacement and von-misses stress on the floor. The suggestions are given to reduce the failure. 4. Title : Striker stiffness analysis.

Description : Striker stiffness analysis is performed using abaqus solver. Cut- section of BIW is taken and constrained, Load applied as per the procedure to find the adequate stiffness for smooth latching operation.
5. Title : Oil canning
Software Used : Ansa, abaqus.

Description : Oil canning analysis is performed using abaqus solver. Cut-section of BIW as taken and constrained, Load is applied at various location via intender Quasi steel plate as per the procedure to find the Reaction forces at loading node and displacement at response point are extracted from the Strength analysis and then load vs displacement graph is plotted. 6. Title : Floor Sag Analysis
Software Used : Ansa, abaqus.
Domain : Automotive
Description : Floor sag analysis is performed using the Abaqus solver. The passenger, the foot step and the luggage loads are applied on the seats and floor in-order to find the maximum displacement in the floor panels. The weak regions are reported and the suggestions are given to reduce the maximum displacement.
