I work as a sole provider in an acute care setting to a diverse pediatric and adult population. I evaluate and treat a wide range of acute illnesses from respiratory infections to urinary tract infections. I am also responsible for determining if patients need higher level of care for further evaluation. I counsel patients on health and medication management and illness prevention. I also perform minor procedures like toenail removals, incision and drainage, and suturing.
Rapid Urgent Care September 2020- current
I work as an independent provide in which I conduct physicals, well child exams, and sports physicals. I evaluate acute medical issues and assess the need for further evaluation. I order laboratory and diagnostic test and interpret results. I counsel patients on medication compliance and health maintenance.
