My working career started with SNEPCo in 2006 as a Field HSE inspector in charge of SCIN facilities. I later worked as the HSE focal point also in SNEPCo. CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS

• Active participation in MH zero spill operation.

• Active participation in pre-lease inspections, handing over and post-lease maintenance of SNEPco leased facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring full implementation of company's HSE policies and procedures.

• Provision of HSE support to field management.

• The focal point on Project HSE matters, providing support to the project team ensuring compliance and promoting safe working environment.

• Ensure proper equipment lifting practises by putting in place effective lift plan and procedures.

• Records deficiencies in terms of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, makes recommendations to correct non-compliances.

• Cascade the element HEMP to all project team, laying emphasis why it's a great tool in HSE-MS.

• Evaluation, reviewing and revalidation of permit to work (PTW).

• Enforce compliance with required safety precautions amongst contractors.

• Evaluates working conditions and recommends improvement in safety and health methods, practices, and procedures in line with the project requirements.

• Prepares and/or maintains reports, files and written correspondence related to Construction activities on behalf of the Site Safety Manager.

• Drive and provide clarifications on the execution of contractor occupational safety standards to Subcontractor's project management and employee representatives.

• Investigate occupational accidents and injuries to determine the root causes in line with RCA guidelines and provide remedial actions.

• Lead and manage Root Cause Analysis sessions and ensure that corrective actions are carried out by Subcontractors Line Supervisors and construction leads in line with SNEPCO requirements.

• Follow up and interface with the site Permit coordinator to ensure that all Work Permits required for the process unit are approved and monitored for non-routine operations.

• Work in coordination with designated competent persons to ensure that all elevated activities including, drilling activities, scaffolding works, elevated mobile work platforms and crane/ suspended work platforms are operated in line with the project PTW requirements. Education
