Job Description:-

1. Planning& Scheduling& Reporting based on KPI’s of QMS& CQP. 2. Monitoring the Rig Sequence on weekly basis & planning the work accordingly. 3. Providing the job assistance to the Project Engineer on arranging the Startup. 4. Follow-up the Startup Drawing from the Design Company to start the Design Work. 5. Preparing the schedule based on integrated milestones. 6. Developing Planning schedule on Level -1,2,3,4,5. 7. Preparation of Work Break Structure (WBS).

8. Prepare the construction schedule in Primavera P6 by developing the network relationship (FS, FF & SS) and also preparation of other planning documents (like S-Curve). 9. Responsible for preparation for daily, weekly & monthly reports. 10. Responsible for the preparation of PMS on a weekly basis for the standalone projects. 11. Monitor the work in progress with respect to the approved schedules/milestones. 12. Preparation of recovery plan and acceleration plan to achieve target. 13. Injecting the activities in SAP with respect to the look ahead plan & maintain the KPI. 14. Attending the SAP 14days & 90days planner meeting. 15. Booking of shutdown by discussing with ONO, by calculating the wells production details in SAP with deferment values. 16. Attending the Interface Meeting on a weekly basis& highlighting the concerns. 17. Preparation of Mom / Agenda and highlighting the issues in Weekly Meeting. 18. Analyzing the Critical Path with the Potential Delay and Critical & planned to overcome the delay in order to finish scope at ontime.

19. Executing the progress based on achieving the OND KPI. 20. Develop Contingency in P6 schedule within 10days from PO received date. 21. Monitoring the Material availability to carry out the work. 22. Responsible for working with MOC by raising the FTR & claiming it with DSR. 23.
