Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible to plan, coordinate and carry out Preventive maintenance program of all Electrical Equipments.

Maintenance and operations handled in PCC and MCC panels.

Sync the alternated power with grid in LIVE and DEAD mode.

Identify and coordinate replacement parts and raise purchase orders to facilitate ordering process.

Prepare the monthly PM schedule target and complete 95% of the PPM works.

Operation and maintenance of ESP system and motors (LT & HT).

Analyzing and setting up the VFD for controlling the motor speed.

Basic knowledge of PLC’s and DCS.

Taking necessary action at plant in block out condition.

Maintain the plant power factor when shutdown condition by using capacitor bank.

Also to involve Checking daily activity of various motors like 3-phase induction motors of different ratings. HT & LT, Power and Control wiring.

Performing the functions of troubleshooting and RCA (breakdown/preventive/corrective maintenance) for reducing downtime.

Hands on experience in Transformer maintenance and operations.

Maintenance experience in various ratings of DG set upto 3MVA .

Planning of Shutdown activities, approvals, Manpower and spares arrangements.

Operation and maintenance of Different type of protection relays.

Basic knowledge of Instrumentation activities.

Operation and maintenance of LAVT, NGR & AVR panel.

Maintenance and block out plan of battery bank and UPS system

Daily calculation of Power generations export reports sending across to clients via email.

Maintain and develop a computerized PM database checklist and work history card for all electrical equipments.
